Girl of the Golden West wants you to LOVE your purchase, but we know that sometimes, things don't always work out that way.

Please contact our Customer Service Department 719.268.8966 or e-mail us at info@girlofthegoldenwest.com and let us know you're returning your purchase.

To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include the invoice you received with the shipment. Please indicate the reason for return on the back of the invoice.

Returns within 30 days with a receipt: You'll receive a refund in the amount listed on your receipt, and in the original form of payment.

Returns after 30 days with a receipt: You'll receive a Merchandise Credit in the amount listed on your receipt.

Returns without a receipt: You'll receive a Merchandise Credit based on the current price(s) of the merchandise.

Returns on sale merchandise: All sales are final on sale merchandise.
